If you wish to hire a meeting/function room at the Maryborough Neighbourhood Centre, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact centre reception on 07 4121 2141 to check availability.
When booking with us, please ensure that you tick the appropriate room rate on your function order form. Be advised that we have a separate hire rate for not for profit organisation and businesses. Should you avail our not for profit rate, please ensure that you attach with your function order a copy or the link to your ACNC Charity status.
Please be advised that once your booking is confirmed, the centre requires three (3) business days for room hire cancellation and 48 hours notice for any catering cancellation. the full amount of room hire and catering will be charged to your organisation for late cancellation and no shows. Cancellations or changes to a booking must be done in writing using page 3 of the function order form.
Please be advised that all new clients will need to pay room hire in full prior to the commencement of their meeting/workshop.
Catering services of the Maryborough Neighbourhood Centre is available Monday to Friday during business hours (9 am- 4 pm) depending on the availability of volunteers. Please note that we do not cater for special dietary requirements. If this is something you require we are able to provide you with a list of local caterers who may be able to assist.
